The brief to The Word Agency was a simple one – “we want to create the best handover experience we can for our customers and give them a resource they can use after they collect their conversion – one that will help them look after their new pride and joy.
We immediately thought video content should be at the heart of this experience – modern, engaging, creative and easily accessible wherever the customer would be.
We took to the studio and our production team got to work making a series of handover videos and useful guides that are now part of the Mobile Retail customer journey.
