In January 2022 The Word Agency were approached by the client with a brief to inject new life and personality into the brand and to help increase sales following a turbulent period due to COVID and its impact on the hospitality sector.
Working with the leadership team we developed a revised commercial strategy, a new brand including logo, packaging and merchandise and are currently putting the final touches to a brand new website and sales collateral. The client is already receiving positive engagement with the brand and is extremely positive about the immanent full scale launch to customers.
