In January 2020, The Word Agency was chosen to manage the full scope of Big Bear Bikes marketing activity and have, in that time, supported the business in achieving record sales, doubling the business’ community online and creating a marketing focussed culture in the business.  A key part of delivering the service and, more importantly, the impact we aim for is building a deep understanding of our client’s business and the market they are in.  Our team have inhaled online content, attended the events and of course ridden the bikes – it’s safe to say there is little our team don’t know about the world of cycling as we now enter our third year supporting the business.
