Activ Cycles – which has been established in Folkestone for more than 30 years, opened a new store in Ashford, Kent at the beginning of March 2022. With this exciting new growth in a not so known area, Activ Cycles approached The Word Agency wanting help to increase brand awareness and sales of their new store.

Working closely with owner Ian, we were able to raise their profile through social media management, email campaigns, photography, and video production. More recently, we worked with them to create a series of radio adverts that talk to the right audience and deliver a compelling message. From station selection to ensuring that they bought at the best price, we helped them be heard. We also attend regular on-site content days, producing and creating video product reviews for their YouTube and social media channels.
